Spring 2023 Club Release

Thanks for being a Joyful Noise Club Member!

Nine vintages into our little winery and the tenth starting to grow as Spring is here in Oregon, it’s just incredible!

First, thank you for all of the support through the years. Because you are sharing bottles with friends, coming to events, and letting us be a part of so many occasions both big and small - - we are now here. Our very first Wine Club release. And in the vein of firsts we want to share with you the very first vintage of Joyful Noise we made. The 2014 Lazy River Vineyard was where it all began. A vintage of abundance in the Willamette Valley gave us the opportunity to buy a little fruit and start a creative journey that has been unbelievably rewarding and delicious.

With every Club drop we plan to build a recipe play list. This list is not necessarily intended to be pairings with the wines (although most will work and you should for sure be drinking a glass of the Rose of Pinot Gris while you cook), but just a few things we have really been enjoying recently.

See, Deven loves cookbooks. It might be getting to a weird obsession, but currently it’s a fun hobby collecting and cooking out of new books. “What does he like?” you ask.  Any and all cookbooks that he can get his hands on. We are inspired by chefs we know and new cuisines we are trying to learn.  We will try to find links to recipes, but if you can, go out and pick up these books at your local bookstore. It is so rewarding spilling ingredients and taking notes on the pages of a well-loved cookbook!

Looking forward, we continue to grow with new wines, different styles, expanding partnerships, and now this Wine Club. We cannot wait to continue to explore with you all of the exciting projects in the winery. Please, enjoy this shipment, explore the past and appreciate the present.

Grab some friends, pop some bottles, and Make Some Noise!
