Hirschy Vineyard
Yamhill-Carlton AVA
Owned by John and Linda Hirschy, the Hirschy Vineyard is located in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. It is planted on Willakenzie soil and orientated North to South with stunning views in every direction with its picturesque red barn at the center. The Dijon 667 Pinot Noir we work with is about 400 feet in elevation and likes to ripen a little on the early side letting us keep the clusters whole during fermentation. This whole cluster fermentation style really gives the wine a fun electricity.
