Fall 2024 Club Release
Thanks for being a Joyful Noise Club Member!
Well…Summer has come and gone, harvest is just now wrapping up, and we are quickly putting all the 2024 vintage to rest for the Winter.
Time is now for all of the celebrations and gatherings Fall brings. In general we love Fall. Yes rain and grey sky’s are here in Oregon, but this is the season of dinner parties, holidays, and family events (in addition to sweater weather). While we prepare for our own good times, it is humbling to reflect on all the gatherings we have been able to be a small part of by sharing our wines with you and in turn you with family & friends. Joyful Noise IS the hum of friends and family celebrating the time we are all together, hopefully with some good wine and tasty snacks!
With Fall in mind, check out this club release’s recipe play list. This list is not necessarily intended to be pairings with the wines (although most will work and you should for sure be drinking a glass of the Rose of Pinot Gris while you cook), but just a few things we can’t wait to cook as the weather keeps changing.
If the play list isn’t enough inspiration we have added one of our favorite cookbooks of the year, Oregon Wine + Food: The Cookbook by Danielle Centoni and Kerry Newberry. In addition to our mentor Rob Stuart of R. Stuart & Co. being featured, this cookbook has loads of great pairings for all the beautiful wines you can find in Oregon (The Corn Crab soup is a favorite!). Don’t get stuck in the exact pairings, wine rules are meant to be broken. Take this as inspiration to enjoy the good times and to surround yourself with Noise Makers that bring you Joy.
Please, enjoy this shipment, get excited for what the future will bring and appreciate the present.
Grab some friends, pop some bottles, and Make Some Noise!
