Fall 2023 Club Release

Thanks for being a Joyful Noise Club Member!

It’s been an amazing summer here in Oregon. We are taking in all the late summer nights cooking outside and living on the patio while drinking rose with friends as you do. Highlights of the summer include being a featured winery at our first International Pinot Noir Celebration. We met some amazing people and shared one too many bottles of wine on the campus at Linfield University. We also released our new Sparkling Rose and just in time to celebrate all that has happened this year!

Now, as we look out the window at the changing leaves, the mornings are feeling crisper, and the energy of the Valley is buzzing … It’s almost Fall in wine country. We love Fall! Comfy cloths, soups, college football, and of course Harvest. It’s the time of year everyone comes together to tackle the challenges this year’s harvest & rejoice in the excitement of what the 2023 vintage could be. As winemakers, every year is one more chance to make the perfect bottle of wine and it is always a thrill.

With Fall in mind check out this club release’s recipe play list. This list is not necessarily intended to be pairings with the wines (although most will work and you should for sure be drinking a glass of the Rose of Pinot Gris while you cook), but just a few things we can’t wait to cook as the weather keeps changing.

And to get you cooking we have a gift from our friend AJ of NW Wood Creations. When AJ isn’t busy making these beautiful cutting boards, he is crafting custom furniture intended to last generations. If you’ve been to our home, the dinning table we have created so many memories around came from AJ’s studio. We hope you are able to create as many amazing memories with this custom cutting board for years to come.
